What is Lust?
World says: Have strong sexual desire for someone.
Bible says: Don’t you think a strong desire to have something as possession that might be Money, Gold or anything that you are desiring to have and not only limited to having strong sexual desire for
someone is also called as lust.
What does Bible teach?
Lust is a temptation and an evil thought that overcomes many of us. It is born of Satan and the flesh. Every single one of us is subject to lust. If we are to overcome it, we must be strong.

In Exodus 20:14
You shall not commit adultery.
In Psalms 101:3
I will not look with approval on anything that is vile. I hate what faithless people do; I will have no part in it.
In Matthew 5:28
But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
In 1st Corinthians 6:13
You say, “Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will destroy them both.” The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord,
and the Lord for the body.
In 2nd Timothy 2:22
Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
In 1st John 2:16
For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.
