DERIVING STRENGTH FROM GOD

Deriving Strength From God

God made a beautiful world before he made a man and a woman for us to inherit it and to live close to him. It was our purpose until the devil crept in by tempting Eve and then Adam. He hates us so much so that he took over this world and filled it with all that is bad, which can separate us from our GOD. God sent many prophets to tell his people to repent and turn their face towards GOD but only few heard his voice and many went astray. Then finally he sent his own son, JESUS to take all the sin to cross so that we can be united with our GOD. HE bore all the shame and guilt to the cross for our sake. We must acknowledge GOD and accept him as our saviour.

GOD HAS PLANS TO BLESS YOU AND MAKE YOU GREAT

On the other hand, satan along with his followers is in a constant quest to separate us from the love of GOD. To do so he has some schemes and one of them is “temptation” and the other one is “trials.” He does many other bad things too but today I would want to focus only on our trials and temptations.

Other name for satan, is tempter and ruler of the world. He initially and constantly tries to take hold of us by temptations of the world. He compels us to sin and if you are a weak soul without GOD then no matter how great you are in this world and how much you must have achieved in this world, you are nothing but a lost soul.

GOD HAS PLANS TO BLESS YOU AND MAKE YOU GREAT AND satan HAS PLANS TO SEPARATE YOU FROM GOD.

Satan and his followers influence you and make you believe that being yourself, not hurting others and doing good for others will take you to heaven. He makes you believe that you do not need GOD and you can handle your issues.

But according to Ecclesiastes 7:20 Bible clearly says that “Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins.

Isaiah 64:6 strongly says that “All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.”

Dear reader, please understand that we are vulnerable without GOD on our side. Stand firm in Jesus and you can resist the deceiver. Please do not be deceived and gain your strength from GOD.

For Bible in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 says “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

Believe that God is capable to put an end to our sufferings but for HIM to do that one must have faith in HIM.

OUR FAITH IN GOD MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE! HOLD HIM CLOSE AND NEVER LET HIM GO.
