Evil spirits cannot be rebuked if you willfully and habitually give them legal right to cohabitate.

All you need to do is, not to entertain evil spirits, who work in your thought process by rebuking you to do things against the teachings from bible.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Galatians 5:19-21
